New Prodigy Marketing Group is currently looking for a highly motivated, friendly, energetic, confident, professional individual for an Inside Sales Associate role. This position is extremely flexible as you would work from home, setting your own hours, either full or part-time.
As an Inside Sales Associate, your primary duties will revolve around helping our Outside Sales Team compile and qualify sales leads.
Compiling and qualifying sales leads means you would mostly be entering company and contact information into our manual and electronic Sales / CRM systems; cold-calling prospects to “warm-up” the calls; and passing your warm leads (i.e. qualified leads) off to Outside Sales Associates for follow-up.
In addition, for interested individuals this role holds the potential to grow into an Outside Sales & Marketing Associate role. As an Outside Sales & Marketing Associate, you would be responsible for new sales. This position comes with an increase in commissions.- Required Skills: A fearless approach to cold calling, making new contacts, prospect filtering, basic Excel spreadsheet skills, and an overall superior ability to interact with people in a relaxed but professional fashion. Qualified candidates should be comfortable with computers and the Internet.
- Compensation: 100% commission with industry leading commission rates. A salary component is available should certain milestones and mastery of the role be achieved.
- Estimated Year 1 Income: $92,400.00. This figure is conservatively estimated based on 1 entry level project being closed per week.
- Required Skills: A fearless approach to cold calling, making new contacts, prospect filtering, and an overall superior ability to interact with people in a relaxed but professional fashion.
- Compensation: 100% commission with industry leading commission rates. A salary component is available should certain milestones and mastery of the role be achieved.
- Estimated Year 1 Income: $92,400.00. This figure is conservatively estimated based on 1 entry level project being closed per week. High performers would close upwards of 5 projects per week.

The primary responsibilities of a Sales & Marketing Associate is outside sales.
As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you would be responsible for acquiring new business. This process includes cold-calling; following up on "warm-calls" from our Inside Sales Associates; working with Marketing Specialists to construct the right Inbound Marketing package for each client based on needs and budget; passing off new business to our Project Managers; and finally, managing your client base over time.
As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you serve as the clients primary point-of-contact along with the clients assigned Project Manager. This means you would be responsible for client satisfaction, account management, account revenue growth, and overall account profitability.
